Local Easter services to be held online

Several Easter services will be held Sunday, in some form or fashion. This is a list of service submitted to the paper. To include a service, email newsroom@dominionpost.com.

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Morgantown will hold a Zoom Easter Sunday Service at 11 a.m. Minister Emeritus will address the congregation. All are encouraged to join for a celebration of Hope and Renewal. Go to the uufmwv.org website for a link to join the Zoom meeting. Info: 304-906-1014

Chestnut Ridge Church will hold all Easter services exclusively online. The gospel message is presented by Pastor Tim Haring. Three identical services will be broadcast online in celebration of Easter. All are welcome to tune in at theridge.church/live or on the church’s Facebook page at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Easter with The Ridge services will also be broadcast on the following radio stations: WGIE Froggy 92.7 Clarksburg/Bridgeport and WGYE Froggy 102.7/103.9 Fairmont/Morgantown. Chestnut Ridge Church is a non-denominational religious center located on Cheat Road in Morgantown.

Mt. Vernon Church, on Kingwood Pike, will host Easter services at
11 a.m., with strict guidelines in place. Attendees will sit in their cars. There will be outdoor speakers so the congregation can hear the service.

LIFE United Methodist Church services are online at www.lifeumc.org or on the church’s Facebook page. Good Friday services are set for 7 p.m. Easter sunrise services are set for 6:45 a.m. Easter services are set for 10:45 a.m. LIFE United Methodist Church is at 3000 Technology Drive in Fairmont.
