Meet the Team

Since stepping into the role of Advertising Manager at The Dominion Post, I’ve transitioned from managing individual accounts to empowering our talented sales team to thrive. My focus is now on strategy, mentorship, and collaboration – helping our reps craft impactful advertising solutions that resonate across both print and digital platforms.
With over a decade of experience in sales and client relations, I bring a deep understanding of our market and a passion for storytelling that drives results. My journey began in 2020 as an Advertising Account Executive, where I had the privilege of working with standout brands like WVU Athletics, Nemacolin, Pella Windows, Boscov’s, Huntington Bank, and Mountain State Waste. That hands-on experience continues to inform my leadership approach today.
I’m proud to have earned several WV Press awards over the years, a testament to the creativity and dedication I bring to every project. Now, I channel that same energy into supporting our team and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
Outside of work, I’m a writer, reader, and music lover (still avoiding country!). Lately, I’ve been diving into interior design—and keeping my husband on his toes with a never-ending list of remodeling ideas.

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” This rings true for Debbie, an Advertising Account Executive, who has spent her entire career with The Dominion Post, spanning over four decades. What keeps her so passionate about her work? A genuine appreciation for the close friendships that she has with her accounts and colleagues. Debbie can best be described, both professionally and personally, as kind, hard-working and patient.
Debbie is a Morgantown native, and lives with her husband, Jim and their dog, King Joffrey. Debbie’s favorite moments are being surrounded by family, which also includes her favorite (and only) child, Jamie, her wonderful son-in-law, Pat and her grandpups, Taters and Tots. Together they excel at eating great food and laughing a lot.

A numbers-driven thinker with a creative edge, Steven enjoys collaborating with businesses to develop marketing strategies that are both purposeful and impactful.
