Lincoln Taylor is halfway home, his sister said Friday.
A jury found Taylor, 24, of Huttonsville, not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder but deadlocked on Taylor’s guilt or innocence on first-degree murder, thus causing a mistrial on that charge.
