MORGANTOWN — In a game that didn’t feature a ton of points, Abbie Coen managed to score 12 points and lead University High to a 44-30 win over Southern (Md.) on Tuesday evening.
“It was a very good defensive fight. A great defensive game,” University assistant coach David Boggs said.
It was a team effort for the rest of the Hawks (2-2), who had four players that scored between six and eight points.
University will play again Saturday afternoon against Huntington.
