Brieanna Elmer

Brieanna Rose Elmer, 14, passed away peacefully in Morgantown, surrounded by family.

The daughter of Adam B. and Amanda D. Elmer, she was born July 7, 2006, in Font du Lac, Wis.

Brieanna was a nurturer. She loved babies, friends and fostering kittens or anything that needed her. She was an adventurer. She liked camping, hiking, snorkeling or playing in a creek. Experiences, people and places drove her more than material things. She liked to bake with her grandmother and was a prep cook for her mother. She made an impact on many lives during her journey through life.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Braden Elmer; maternal grandfather, Barry Sanders and wife Dianna, of Morgantown; paternal grandparents, Paul and Cindy Elmer, of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; six aunts; six uncles; 13 cousins; many friends; and her cat Max.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Patty Sanders.

Family and friends will be received at Faith United Methodist Church from
11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, until the 2 p.m. time of service with Pastor Daniel Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in Faith Cemetery.
