Samuel Russell Tucker II, affectionately known by many as “Uncle Sam,” 84, of Morgantown, passed away Friday, Dec. 4, 2020, at home in Morgantown.
Sam was born Oct. 29, 1936, in Morgantown.
No services are planned at this time; however, Sam and his wife, Danelle, will be inurned together at a later date in the West Virginia National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
