Cody Allen Streets, 16, of Tunnelton, died on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Cody was born July 25, 2004, in Morgantown, a son of Dolly Kaye (Nelson) Streets, of Tunnelton.
He loved animals, the Power Rangers and especially the Steelers.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Angel Kaye Streets, of Tunnelton; one uncle, David Nelson, of Tunnelton; two aunts, Virginia “GiGi” Nelson and Julie Rose Nelson, both of Tunnelton; and close friends, Fay Weaver, of Howesville, and Rita and Danny Maxwell, adopted grandparents, of Tunnelton.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, David and Elizabeth Nelson.
Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price St. from noon Sunday, Nov. 22, until the committal service at 2 p.m. Masks and social distancing are Required. Interment will be held privately for the family at Shay’s Chapel Cemetery.
