Thelma Maree Winfrey, 91, a former resident of Jerome Park in Morgantown for several decades, passed away early Wednesday morning, Nov. 11, 2020 at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pa., where she had resided the last several years.
