Mildred Rose Boggs, 91, of Kingwood, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, at Pine Ridge Nursing Home in Kingwood.
Mildred was born in Jordan, W.Va., on Sept. 5, 1928, a daughter of the late Joseph Velone and Ethel (Pell) Velone.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Throughout her life she had worked at the Baily Glass Company and for West Virginia University.
Mildred is survived by a daughter, Jeanette Shumiloff, of Booth; three sons, Frederick Clark, of Morgantown, Clifford Clark, of Kingwood, and James Clark, of Morgantown; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Boggs, seven brothers and sisters and a grandson Richard Shumiloff.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown from 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, until the 1 p.m. service time with Pastor Marshall Woods officiating. Interment will follow in the East Oak Grove Cemetery in Morgantown.
