James Lowe Gould, 86, of Elizabeth, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020, at Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown.
Jim was born Sept. 15, 1933, to James Andrew and Sarah Agnes (Fowler) Gould in Indian Camp, Upshur County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon “Susie” (Davis), in 1996.
Survivors are his daughter, Sarah, of Morgantown; sister, Flora Parsons, of Salida, Colo.; sisters-in-law Barbara Beegle, of Syracuse, Ohio, Lois Waters and Verna (Paul) Russell of Elizabeth, and Ruth Davis, of Tucson, Ariz.; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Blitz.
Jim will be buried with his wife and family at Mt. Solon Cemetery in Wirt County. No public service is planned.
Professional services are being provided to the family with the guidance of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Westover/Morgantown.
