SB 577, to cap insulin copays at $100 for a 30-day supply. Sen. Roman Prezioso, D-Marion, lead sponsor; Sen. Bob Beach, D-Monongalia, co-sponsor.

SB 581, to require disclosure of covered transfers, also known as dark money political expenditures. Prezioso, lead sponsor; Beach, co-sponsor.

SB 583, to create a program to further the development of renewable energy resources for economic development.

SB 586, a governor’s bill to reorganize the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety and rename it the Department of Homeland Security.

HB 4456, to allow a VFD member to purchase a resident lifetime hunting, fishing and trapping license.

HB 4457, to require air conditioning on all school buses.

HCR 27, to rename Woods Run Bridge, carrying County Route 30 over Paw Paw Creek in Marion County, the U. S. Army PFC Thomas Howard Wills, Jr. Memorial Bridge. Delegate Mike Caputo, D-Marion, lead sponsor; Delegates Michael Angelucci, Linda Longstreth, both D-Marion, co-sponsors.
