Charles “Skeet” Frank Shafferman, 81, of Newburg, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at his residence. He was born Feb. 11, 1938, in Newburg. Services will be held at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave., Newburg, WV, from 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, until the time of funeral service at 7 p.m.
