Charlotte Braham

Charlotte Lee Braham, 70, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020. She was born May 23, 1949 in Morgantown, daughter of the late Margaret Phillips and Walter Stevens.

Charlotte had been employed at WVU Medicine for over 41 years. She was a devoted wife, celebrating 50 years of marriage in 2019. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with friends and family, camping and playing slot machines, but her most favorite thing was loving and taking care of her husband, children and grandchildren. Charlotte never missed an event, celebration or ball game. She was always there to cheer on the kids.

Charlotte is survived by husband, Richard L. Braham Sr.; her son, Richard L. Braham Jr. and his wife, Connie, of Morgantown; her daughter, Renee Rhome; her husband, Mike, of Morgantown; grandchildren, Noah, Luke and Riley; her dog, Sophie; a granddog, Putter; a brother, Ronald Phillips and his wife, Mary, of Cassville; a sister-in-law, Sandy Wise and her husband, Rich; mother-in-law, Susie Rowan; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday and again from 9 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, until the 10 a.m. funeral service, with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
