Royalty owners conference set for Oct. 2-4 in Pittsburgh

The National Association of Royalty Owners will hold its 39th annual national convention Oct. 2-4 at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square.

This conference is open to the public. The convention agenda and registration information can be found at naro-us.org. Registration for NARO members is $440 and for non-members $590. Hotel reservations must be made separately.

The agenda includes education, information and networking specific to oil and gas mineral property owners, royalty owners, and associated professionals. Attendees can  learn about mineral and estate management, get an update on oil and gas drilling activity in the area, recent and pending legislation, technology related to oil and gas production.

In addition to the learning and networking opportunities there are extracurricular activities for attendees and members of their families such as visits to the Duquesne Incline, Night Segway Tours and networking receptions.

The NARO Foundation’s Certified Mineral Manager program will also host an eight hour course review and exam session.
