Two Michigan men arrested; accused of selling drugs

Two Michigan men were found with four types of drugs in a Morgantown Motel room according to police.

Terry T. Smith, 29, of Detroit and Corey J. Robertson, 42, of Grosse Point, are each charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

The Mon Metro Drug Task Force searched Room 42 at the Morgantown Motel on Tuesday with the goal of finding evidence the two were selling drugs, according to a criminal complaint.

Officers found 45 bags of pre-packaged crack, 18 bags of pre-packaged heroin, 30 Clonazepam tablets and three bags of crystal meth. The task force also found several thousand dollars.

Both men were arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court. Magistrate Sandy Holepit set bond at $25,000 each.

Both men were still in North Central Regional Jail in lieu of that bond on Wednesday afternoon.
