Thomas Ray McCoy, 70, of Daybrook, died Monday, June 3, 2019, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, in Morgantown. Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, from 6 – 9 p.m. Thursday, June 6. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Freddie Eddy, II officiating. Interment will follow in the McCoy Cemetery, at Daybrook.
