Philip Caruso Jr

Philip Caruso Jr., age 54, of Westover, passed away suddenly, Monday, February 25, 2019, at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, in Lexington, Ky.  He was born April 26, 1964, in Morgantown, a son of the late Philip and Delores Vaquer Caruso.
Phil attended WVU and received tutelage from a Master Chef at Cross Creek Country Club, in Titusville, Pa. Phil was a contractor and managed housing rental operations.  He was also a chef and loved following basketball, especially family friend, Shelby Boyle. He also coached youth baseball for over 30 years.
Philip is survived by his nephew, Brian (Whitney) Walden, of Morgantown and their children, Brooks and Brynn; niece, Tiffany Walden, of Los Angeles; brother-in-law, Gary Walden, of Morgantown; and several other loving family members.
In addition to his parents Philip was preceded in death by his sister, Tina Walden.
Friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 3,  and from 10 a.m.  on Monday,  until the 11 a.m. funeral with Pastor Kevin Cain officiating. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
