Preston Sheriff’s Department seeks information on fugitive

KINGWOOD — The Preston County Sheriff’s Department is looking for information leading to the arrest of Earl Ernest Inscore III.

Inscore was spotted Wednesday by police as he and two others drove in the Camp Ground area of Tunnelton, but he escaped on foot.

State Police charged Jason Scott Bolyard, 36, of Tunnelton, with driving on a license suspended for DUI in the incident.

According to a criminal complaint by Trooper First Class J.T. Wood: He saw a red Saturn, with three people inside, parked along Campground Road, about .7 of a mile north of the Blazer Road intersection.

Inscore got out of the car and took off running. Bolyard said he had driven Inscore from his home on Grimmtown Road to Campground Road. Bolyard was freed on $3,000 bond.

Inscore, 44, is a white male, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-10 and weighs 194 pounds. He has a scar on his right   eyebrow and another on his face.

He has a tattoo of an inverted cross/wings on his upper right arm, a faded tattoo on his back, “EARL” on his right forearm, a cross on his left middle finger, a dot and web/cross on his right ring finger, heart/wings on his right shoulder and a barbed wire tattoo on his left wrist.

There is warrant for Inscore’s arrest for violating home confinement.
