Freda Davis

Freda L. (Colebank) Choma Davis, 83, of Dilliner, (Walnut Hill), Pa. passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at her home with her loving family at her side.  Born at Walnut Hill on Febuary  16, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Howard M. and Margaret F. (Bell) Colebank.

A 1954 graduate of Mapletown High School, Freda was a dietary aide, having worked at the Mon Health Medical Center for 25 years until her retirement in 1997.

Surviving are her three devoted children and their spouses, Kelly and Deborah Choma, of Avon Lake, Ohio, Dayna and Bryan Sullenberger, of Point Marion and Jeffrey S. and Kristen Choma, of Dilliner; four grandchildren, Amy Lynn Enoff, of Pittsburgh, Ashley Sellers, of Clarksville, Pa., Ruby Choma, of Michigan and Caleb Choma of Avon Lake; five great-grandchildren; and her faithful, loving, furry companion, Diesel.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melody Rae, in infancy.

The family will receive friends in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, from 5-8 p.m., on Tuesday, May 29 and from noon-1 p.m., on Wednesday with the hour of service to follow, with her son, Pastor Kelly Choma officiating.  Interment follows in Wolf’s Cemetery, Dilliner.
