Ruth E. (Pratt) Phillips, 75, of Spraggs, Pa., passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018, at home, following a lengthy illness. She was born in Bobtown. Services will be held at Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, in Point Marion, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25.
