Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, Kingwood Pike, Morgantown,  will have a baked chopped steak dinner at 4  p.m. Friday. All proceeds will go toward Church Renovation. There will not  be a sing, only the dinner and bake sale.

Canyon Community Presbyterian Church will hold its semi-annual flea market from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.  Friday and Saturday.

Clothes for all ages, household goods  and lunch will be available.

The First Presbyterian Church of Morgantown welcomes the Rev. Molly Hall as guest pastor leading the 11  a.m. worship service on Sunday.

Originally from Charleston, Rev. Hall graduated from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Va., and worked as a lawyer in the U.S. Department of Justice, Washington, D.C., Germany  and Wisconsin.  Also a graduate of McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago, Rev. Hall was  involved in community improvement roles in Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Racine, Wis.
