MORGANTOWN — WVU hosts its annual Gold-Blue spring football game at 1 p.m. April 7, at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium.
The gates open at noon, and tickets are $10 each at WVUgame.com.
Tickets also can be purchased at the stadium North Gate ticket office and the Southwest Gate ticket windows beginning at 11 a.m. game day, with cash or a check, and at the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum all week.
WVU students get in free with a valid WVU student I.D., and Mountaineer Kids Club members can show their badge for free admission. Walk the Talk with Dana participants can tear off part of their bib to gain admittance.
Proceeds will benefit WVU Medicine Children’s.
All fans, including WVU students, should enter the stadium through the North, West and Southwest gates. There will be no stadium re-entry passes. Stadium seating, restrooms and concessions will be open on the west lower side only. Beer sales will conclude at the beginning of the second half.
The Donald J. Brohard Hall of Traditions, in the Milan Puskar Center, will be open for one hour after the game (3-4p.m.). Fans can access the Hall of Traditions through the entrance in the home team tunnel.
All parking for cars and RVs is on a first-come, first-served basis.
East side lots F1, F2, F3, F4, D and E are available for parking, as are west side lots A1 and B1. All lots will open at 8 a.m. Saturday.
The center and west lots of the large Blue hospital parking areas (hospital parking lots C1-C10) are reserved for hospital parking.
The PRT will run on its normal Saturday schedule (9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) and is
50 cents per trip to the general public (ride free with a valid WVU ID).
Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.
There will not be an autograph session following the game.
The radio announcing crew of Tony Caridi (play-by-play), Dwight Wallace (analysis) and Jed Drenning (sideline) will call the game action to the listening audience.
The radio broadcast will also be streamed online via leanstream at WVUsports .com and via TuneIn and the WVU Gameday apps.
The game also will be televised across the state, with a pregame show at noon.
The local West Virginia Nexstar Media station carry the pregame special and the game is WBOY-DT2.

The local radio affiliates include WKMM FM 96.7 (Kingwood), WZST FM 100.9 and WRLF FM 94.3 (Morgantown) and WMMN FM 95.7 and WMMN AM 920 (Fairmont).
