Phillip L. Weser, 75, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 22, 2025, surrounded by his family.
A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at 2 p.m. in the Morgantown Marriott Platinum Ballroom January 3, 2026.
