Iva L. Utzman Mayfield Stewart, 95, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in Morgantown Healthcare Center. She was born April 21, 1930, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Edward and Evelyn Squires Utzman, and worked for many years as a telephone operator with Ohio Bell.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Mayfield and wife Beverly Epstein; her brother, Edward Utzman; her nephew, Ralph Utzman; her niece, Carol Howell Yanego; and her great- nephew, Jason Howell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Stewart; and her sister, Doris Howell.
In accordance with her wishes, all services will be private. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Pisgah Cemetery.
