Jeffrey Barton Costilow, 62, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024, in Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Jeffrey was born November 6, 1961, a son of Rita and Gerald Towns and the late John Barton Costilow.
He is survived by his sister, Susan Harman of Centreville, Va.; and Kevin and Paula Towns, of Fairmont.
