Rita Tanner, 91, of Morgantown, died Feb. 2, surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends at The Morgantown Marriott from 1-2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4. A service to honor Rita begins at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to one of Rita’s important charities: The Historic Morgantown Post Office Project, Your Community Foundation of North Central West Virginia, or one of your choice.
