Cynthia Ann Barlow, 70, of Kingwood, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born April 16, 1951, in Morgantown. Graveside services will be held at Maplewood Cemetery at 11 a.m., on Friday, Feb. 11.
