MORGANTOWN — Morgantown Police Department arrested a man in the very early morning of Friday April 13 for burglarizing a residence on Locust Avenue in Morgantown.
According to a release, Dakota Rinker, 22, of Moorefield was found by Morgantown Police inside the unoccupied residence and was charged with nighttime burglary and is currently awaiting arraignment.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found that the residence had a broken window and that the electrical box had been damaged.
