Matt Pennington of Downstream Strategies in Morgantown and Berkeley Springs has earned the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) designation from the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional program. Women’s Club of Fairmont to host holiday tea and tour

GFWC Woman’s Club of Fairmont will host its annual Holiday House Tea and Tour from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 9. The event will coincide with Main Street Fairmont’s Feast of the Seven Fishes.
