STAR CITY - A Star City Council member spoke in opposition of the town’s current rezoning contemplations at a public hearing held Tuesday evening. West Virginia University professor, author receives Andrew Carnegie Fellowship

MORGANTOWN -- A West Virginia University faculty member was a recipient of the Andrew Carnegie Fellowship for 2021 in recognition of ongoing research and work regarding the diversity of gender justice.
