A Morgantown man being held on attempted kidnapping charges had his bond reduced from $500,000 to $50,000 on Tuesday. Felix Nahun Reyes Galeas, 31, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday afternoon. At about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, officers of the Morgantown Police Department responded to a call of a gunshot wound at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. Officers found that the victim, a 19 year old male from Morgantown, had been shot in the chest once and sustained a non-life threatening injury.
