A Pennsylvania man is charged with multiple felonies for allegedly coming to Morgantown to have sex with a 14-year-old boy. Ryan Banks, 36, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., is charged with use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct, distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors, strangulation without consent, two counts solicitation of a minor and three counts of third-degree sexual assault.
