Albert Keith “Pap Ab” Statler, 86, of Mooresville Community, Core, died Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in his residence.He was born September 21, 1939 in Mooresville, a son of the late Jesse Clark Statler and Nelle Ruby West Statler. Albert died in the same house in which he was born. His grandfather, James Newton Statler, died January 28, 1955.Albert enjoyed farming, coon hunting, raising mules, going to the stock sale in Waynesburg, pranking co-workers and friends, reading the newspaper, family gatherings, and being with family.
