Kim Roger LaBarge, 65, of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Thursday, August 6, 2026. He was born January 9, 1961, in Albany, New York, a son of the late Leo R. Joseph Frank Bailey, 90, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Sundale Nursing Home, Morgantown, following a lengthy illness. Born April 25, 1936 in Morgantown, he was a son of the late Joseph Howard and Geraldine Reed Bailey. He was a skilled auto body repairman, having worked for several shops in the Morgantown area, in addition to owning and operating his own repair shop, Frank’s Auto Body, for a number of years.
