A Morgantown woman is accused of threatening people with knives and scissors and throwing hot candle wax on one. Ruth L. Johnson, 38, is charged with brandishing a deadly weapon, assault, obstructing an officer and refusal to give fingerprints by the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office.
