Women’s Giving Circle to host Annual Spring Bash on April 28

The Women’s Giving Circle of North Central West Virginia (WGC), a component fund of Your Community Foundation of North Central West Virginia Inc. (YCF), will host its annual Spring Bash from 2:30-4:30 p.m. April 28 at the Silo in the Square in Granville. The event is open to all women who would like to learn about the WGC and how to get involved in a community of thoughtful, effective women philanthropists. City of Wheeling to open new homeless encampment site today

BY CARRIE HODOUSEK Homeless individuals living along 18th Street, across from the Catholic Charities Neighborhood Center in Wheeling, have until this afternoon to move to a new exempted site.
