So goes John Verbosky’s prayer for Hershel Mullins, the Monongalia County chief magistrate (and his longtime golfing buddy) whose funeral is today. Mullins, 70, died last weekend at J.W. Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust donates $820K to United Way for Family Food Box Program

The Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust has announced a donation of $820,000 to the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties to manage and facilitate, in partnership with other local organizations, a Family Food Box Program that will operate at least through the end of this year.
