CHARLESTON — The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles announced  that many driver and vehicle transactions have been granted a continued blanket extension to Sept. 30. DHHR to offer free COVID -19 testing

CHARLESTON — As part of Gov. Jim Justice’s initiative to increase COVID-19 testing opportunities, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) will provide free testing   July 10-11 in five counties.
