CHARLESTON — A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold at Little General No. 5065 on Route 60 in Barboursville for the Wednesday drawing. The lucky ticket matched five numbers and missed only the red Powerball number. The winning numbers were 2-4-7-43-56 and the Powerball was 22. The Powerplay was 4x. MUB announces planned water outage along Route 857

The Morgantown Utility has announced a planned water outage from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday along Monongalia 857 (Cheat Road/Fairchance Road) between Sunset Beach Road and Sugar Maple Hill. Route 857 will be a single lane in front of the Lakewood Center between 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The outage is necessary while MUB crews tie into the main water line on both sides of Route 857. Mylan Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling three lots of an ulcer medication that has been found to contain trace amounts of a potential carcinogen.
