Kingwood Council OKs use of ARPA funds by water board

KINGWOOD — Members of Kingwood City Council voted to allow Kingwood Water Board to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for soft costs. “We’ll still be using some of the funds for its intended purpose, the soft cost of designing clarifier covers.
