KINGWOOD — On Oct. 4, Preston County officials declared October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Preston County. Following the ceremony, Mon Health Preston Memorial Hospital staff placed pink bows on streetlights at Price, South Price and Main streets in Kingwood.
