Health Dept. adapts risk-based inspections for restaurants

Clothing allowance application period open

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), Bureau for Family Assistance is accepting school clothing allowance applications for eligible children enrolled in West Virginia schools. The period to apply will close July 31. Each eligible child will receive a $200 benefit that may be used toward the purchase of appropriate school clothing or piece goods for families who sew clothing for their children.
