New dual graduation programs to be offered at Preston High

BY CARRIE HODOUSEK CHARLESTON — West Virginia ranks near the bottom when it comes to teacher pay. Public school teachers in the Mountain State are among the lowest paid in the nation with an average salary of $50,315 as of the 2021-22 school year.
