KINGWOOD — The Preston County prosecuting attorney has charged Terra Alta Mayor Robert DeLauder with a misdemeanor for allegedly removing a meeting agenda from the door of town hall and throwing it away.DeLauder was arraigned Thursday and posted $500 bond.
