A Uniontown, Pa.,  man was found to be at fault for a July 20 crash on Grafton Road that killed 64-year-old motorcyclist John Tubolino. That information was released Tuesday by Morgantown Police. Zachary Druitsky is charged with failing to yield right of way, no insurance, improper registration and driving on a suspended or revoked license, according to Morgantown Communications Director Andrew Stacy.
