The driver of a side-by-side is dead following a rollover accident Friday on River Road. At about 8:11 p.m., Monongalia County Sheriff’s deputies responded a single-vehicle accident near the area of the dam. Once on scene, officers discovered a Polaris 1000 side-by-side had rolled on top of the driver. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
