MORGANTOWN -- The Monongalia County Sheriff's Office is investigating a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash that killed a 37-year-old woman this week. Jennifer Allison, of Morgantown, died at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital because of injuries sustained in the crash, the sheriff's office announced.
