Woman sues man who struck her in crosswalk

MORGANTOWN -- A Maryland woman is suing a Morgantown man who struck her with his vehicle while she was in a crosswalk. The suit was filed on behalf of Tesia Jones Wednesday in Monongalia County Circuit Court. She is represented by attorneys Timothy Manchin and Taylor Downs. Michael Williams is named as the defendant.
