MORGANTOWN — Ashley Rae Fortney, 16, of Morgantown, who was previously reported missing Feb. 20, was found safe Tuesday in Anne Arundel County, Md.
She has been returned to the custody of her parents.
The Monongalia County Sheriff's Office, the Anne Arundel County Police and the Alexandria Police departments worked on the investigation.
