Carol Jean Rohr, 68, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully, in her home, with her husband by her side, Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Carol was a graduate of Morgantown High School and started her career as a sales associate until she was able to pursue her dream of owning and operating her own pet boarding business.
She created Carol’s Pampered Pets and excelled at providing a clean, safe, and loving environment for all of her clients. She later accepted Morgantown’s K9 units due to her excellent care.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Norman Rohr; her mother, Goldie Campbell; her mother-in-law, Wilma Rohr; sisters, Kim Hart (Greg), Sandra Sickles, and Kelli Christopher (Tracy); nieces, Candace McDonald (Ricky), Ashley Nicholson (Barry), Kristy Murray (Ryan); nephews, Ryan Hart (fiancee Tabatha Nuzum), and Shane Christopher (fiancee Brooke Cornell).
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Campbell; her father-in-law, Norman Rohr, Sr.; and sister, Terri Campbell.
Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation arrangements. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
